Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pulse Charge account and select the 'Order History' tab to submit a return request and receive your RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were originally included.
Ship to Pulse Charge
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
